Looks like I have to update you all from before Christmas! I should really keep on top of this! Now that I am in France it will be easier! This post will explain up til the end of Portugal :D
December was a hard month waving people off.. the lovely Belgian girlies who will definitely remain friends for a long, long time.. the sexy German boys..! But lots of fun goodbye parties and meals made it a little more bearable :)
Other than that, I was taken to a nice tea house right on the beach that had big windows.. the view was amazing and I had lots of days out around Porto :)
Then christmas came and I returned home with Andre coming to visit me for a few days too! It was good to be home but I couldn't wait to go back to the cold Breiner house and get back in those showers!
After Christmas, my Porto highlights were.. a new metro line leading straight to Primark ;) .. having some B52's at 77!! .. and my amazing trips to Coimbra, Bussaco, Luso, Mealhada, Lisbon, Sintra and Colares! I finally got to see all around Portugal. The best trip for me was the climb up Bussaco and seeing the most awesome view of Portugal.
At Breiner I had a brilliant time making scones when drunk, going downstairs at 1am with Angelina to keep us off Facebook for at least an hour or so, laughing with Jana about her trip to Lisbon and the licking cats, many times in the Chillout room and certain people getting very drunk and very sick. ¬¬
Finally, my Porto adventure had come to an end.. (for now..) On my last day we visited a Port wine cellar, (about time.. 5 months it took me!) and then had a party for Ania's birthday and for me going away. It was so sad so leave everyone and I cried a lot. I made some amazing close friends but we will see each other again I promise!
